Parking

Patient and visitor parking is available in the multi-storey car park, which is owned and operated by Royal North Shore Hospital. Parking fees are displayed at all entrances to the car park.

Payment can be made

  • at the ticket machine located on the ground floor of the multi-storey car park prior to leaving
  • or at the parking office in the foyer of RNSH across the road.

Concession, daily and weekly passes are available for purchase at the Parking Office on the ground floor of the Royal North Shore Hospital. The Parking Office also has information about long-term parking costs and conditions.

Express parking  Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Three hour parking is available in the express parking area located on the ground floor of the car park. Access to this area is from Reserve road, entering from pacific Highway.
Price: $5 for one hour
         $ 7.50 for two hours
         $ 10 for three hours

Payment by cash only can be made at NSPH main reception.

Valet parking Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
There is limited valet parking available. To access valet parking, please drive to the NSPH main entrance via Westbourne Street.

Price: $25 for three hours
Then $5 per hour to a maximum of $35.

Public Transport

NSPH’s nearest train station is St Leonards station. Trains run from the city on the Northern Line and take approximately 20 minutes to St Leonards. From the station the hospital is about a 10 minute walk.

Regular buses running between the upper and lower North Shore, Epping, Ryde and Sydney city, stop on the Pacific Highway outside RNSH. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the Highway to the hospital. Designated 144 buses (Manly to Chatswood) stop inside the RNSH / NSPH hospital campus.
