Multiple Birth Class

For Twins & Triplets
First time parents attend 5 classes &
Parents who have other children
attend at least 3 classes
Mondays 6.00-9.00pm

NSPH offers you and your partner the opportunity to attend classes in a 5 weekly format. In our 5 week series the first 2 classes are on labour and the last 3 classes are on parenting.

You are welcome to attend from 26 weeks pregnant.

If you already have had a child / children we suggest that you may find it valuable to attend the last 3 weeks which are on parenting, as we understand the demands of your family at home. However, you are welcome to attend the whole series.
