Yoga Class
Any 'mum to be' may attend Yoga classes at NSPH
Monday 6.00-7.15pm & 7.30-8.15 pm
Thursday 10.00-11.00am, 6.00-7.15pm & 7.30-8.45pm
NSPH offers you the opportunity to attend yoga classes in a 10, 7, or 5 weekly package on a Monday or Thursday evening 6.00pm-7.15, or 7.30-8.45 pm and / or casually on a Thursday morning 10.00-11.00am.
You are welcome to attend Yoga from your 12th week of pregnancy. Check with your Obstetrician before starting.

We provide yoga mats and blankets for your comfort. We do ask that Ladies arrive 10 mins prior to class to discuss any health issues with the instructor and finalise any payments necessary.
