Credentialling Process

Accreditation documentation is able to be downloaded from this page, via the links to the right hand side of the page.

Please note these documents must be included in your completed forms;

• Current medical registration – AHPRA
• Medical Indemnity Release form OR copy of MIPS Medical Indemnity Release form
• Current CV
• Email address of 3 x referee’s

Review of application

1. Upon receiving your completed application, the application will be reviewed by the CEO of North Shore Private Hospital together with the Speciality Medical Advisory Committee Representative
2. Supported applications are then referred to the Medical Advisory Credentialing Committee Meeting for consideration (FYI, the MAC meet 5 times a year)
3. Upon endorsement by the Medical Advisory Committee, the doctor’s names and details are referred to the Ramsay Board for ratification
4. You will be advised in writing of the outcome of your application
