Body Ball
These classes are scheduled throughout the week and are conducted by an experienced physiotherapist. The class is designed for women who have had either vaginal or caesarean section birth. Exercise will help to increase your feeling of physical and mental wellbeing. It is important to regain strength and tone in those muscles that have been affected by pregnancy and labour. It is recommended that you avoid unsupervised, vigorous exercising for the first three months after having a baby. Choose activities that you enjoy such as walking and consult with your obstetrician before recommencing heavy exercise sessions.

Body Restore
Body Restore are physiotherapy post-natal exercises you can do at home which can be commenced 6-8 weeks after having your baby. Specific exercises are prescribed to aid the restoration of abdominal muscle separation and achieve whole body postural control and strength. The course involves a series of 5 videos providing essential exercises. Call or email for more information
