Dr Tew is a fully qualified Plastic Surgeon who operates at Castlecrag Private Hospital and is happy to see urgent patients within 24 hours in Sydney (Dr Tew works in Nowra once a fortnight).
Dr Tew is a “no gap” provider with all the health funds for skin cancer reconstruction (but not hand surgery or other plastic surgery such as breast reductions).
Dr Tew’s interests include breast augmentation and reduction, facial plastic surgery including eyelid rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, correction of prominent ears, body contouring surgery including abdominoplasty and liposuction.
Prior to her plastic surgery training, she was a general surgical trainee and had completed research towards a Master of Surgery.
She trained in plastic surgery at teaching hospitals in Sydney.
As innovative surgical techniques and technology continue to evolve, Dr Tew regularly updates her knowledge and skills through courses in Australia and overseas.
She is a Member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Dr Tew also has a public appointment at Northern Beaches Hospital and at Shoalhaven Public hospital in Nowra and is happy for GPs to call her directly.
