Dr Horsley is in orthopaedic surgeon with an interest in surgery of the lower limb, including diabetic foot and joint replacement surgery (hip and knee).

Dr Horsley has been an orthopaedic surgeon since 1995. He graduated from The University of Sydney in 1987 and completed his orthopaedic training in Australia and England.

Dr Horsley has an interest in surgery of the lower limb with a particular interest in joint replacement surgery (hip and knee) having completed over 4,000 joint replacements.

He also is interested in surgery of the foot and ankle, in particular surgery to the diabetic foot.

He works through North Shore Private Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). He is head of Orthopaedics at RPAH, a position he has held since 2007. He is also actively involved in the running of the Institute of Rheumatology and Orthopaedics affiliated with the RPAH.

He is involved in research through the Institute of Academic Surgery at RPAH. He also teaches post graduate medical students and orthopaedic registrars.

He enjoys skiing, golf and tennis and likes to think he is a proficient guitarist, being involved in the band "Dow Jones and the All Ordinaries" for over 25 years.

Knee replacement surgery, robotic knee surgery, knee replacement surgery, surgery of the foot and ankle in particular surgery to the diabetic foot.
