Customer Service Charter at North Shore Private Hospital
North Shore Private Hospital’s (NSPH) goal is to be a premier provider of customer focused care.
To make this an open and public commitment, we have developed a customer service charter. The charter relates not only to interactions and behaviour with our external customers but also with internal customers. We have a strong focus on teamwork within the hospital and know that working together improves the experience you have at NSPH.
In our pursuit of excellence in customer service, NSPH is working in partnership with the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA). Many NSPH staff have successfully completed the ‘Certified Customer Service Professional Course’ with CSIA.
